I'm New

New to Eastside?

Here are a few answers to your questions and what you might expect on your first visit.

Service Times

We have two worship services on Sundays. 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.  Both services include music and Bible preaching.  We have various Sunday School classes that meet on Sunday Morning at 10:00 AM, these classes are specific to your life group.

Here’s some answers to your questions

Where do I go when I arrive?

Once you enter our Church parking lot, you will see the main front door.  From there one of our hospitality greeters will direct you to the right classes and services.

Where do I take my children?

We have age specific classes available for all children at 10:00 AM on Sunday Mornings.  During the main worship service children ages 4 to 9 will be dismissed to Children’s Church for a fun and safe time of songs and a Bible lesson.  Once a month, all the children are invited to Kids 4 Christ at our gym for a time of fun and exciting Bible lessons.

Is there something for my teenager?

We have classes available during our Sunday School hour for teenagers.  Our teens also have a Bible Study every Wednesday night to discuss relevant issues and what the Bible says about each issue of life.  The teens meet once a month to go to laser tag, bowling and many other fun events.

What should I expect in the worship service?

At Eastside, our service will begin with Christ-honoring music and worship then followed by a Bible message.  You can expect our service to last about 65 minutes.

What should I wear?

We do not have a dress code at Eastside Baptist Church for members or guest.  You will find a lot of our church family dresses in more traditional Sunday dress.  Our goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable as you come to visit with us.

Am I expected to give in the offering?

No, we want to serve you.  We gather together to worship our Savior and we want to welcome you to worship with us.  Please don’t feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.
